Dear Mom,
So, Donnie made a "boo-Boo".  Well my debit card made a disappearing act.  So, could you please get the card deactivated to prevent any damage.  I'm sorry I have to put you through this.  Thank you so much for all you do!  I hope you and Dad have a Happy Anniversary!
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.  I hope this is an easy fix.
